How does FlexePark work?

To park in a space with a FlexePark sign, scan the QR code or visit flexepark.com, then:

  1. Register or login using Facebook, Google, or your email address
  2. Enter your vehicle information (or select the vehicle you'd like to park with)
  3. Pay through our secure web app -- no download required

How do I pay for a parking ticket?

We understand that things happen: sometimes you don't realize there's a parking fee for a spot or you simply forget to pay, and you may receive a ticket as a result. Scan the QR code printed on your ticket or visit flexepark.com/ticket and follow the steps to complete payment. For your first ticket, we offer a 48-hour "grace period" from the time you parked, allowing you to pay only the standard parking fee instead of the higher ticket rate.

Open your mobile device's camera app and hold the camera steady over the QR code on the sign for 2-3 seconds. A browser window or link popup to complete the parking process should automatically appear.

There is no need to download a separate mobile app to use FlexePark. Our fully web-based application is secure and designed to be fully accessible and usable from your mobile device. This innovative approach helps us get you parked and on your way as fast as possible while making our service easier to maintain and improve, ensuring that we can give you the best experience possible

Can I get a receipt for my parking fee?

A transaction receipt will be sent to the email address registered to your FlexePark account shortly after completing payment. Alternatively, you can print your own parking receipts on demand from the Parking History tab of your profile in the FlexePark app.

Simply select the transaction for which you require a receipt and print!

FlexeParkâ„¢ offer monthly parking on select lots. Unlike daily parking you are pre-registered and don't scan in to the lot. Many lots have a waiting list, so click below to apply for a space.
